Kuru elunara
Kuru Elunara
Lost in the ancient sands
A story almost never told
Left hidden in time
Are the ruins of old
Once thrived a town
By the river Nile
People were true
Life was kind and mild
Kuru Elunara
Known by its name
Many people visited
Good favour was its fame
Seasons harvest was good
Grown tall by the sun
Life was truly idyllic
they didn't see what was to come
Innocence was abound
And smiled on every childs face
But soon all that happiness
Was soon erased
A storm of war was to come
Liltered across the town
Everything turned to ruin
Innocents buried in the ground
Tragedy was the word
Spread fast by the deed
They were all disgraced
All for one mans greed
He saw gold in his mind
And it was hidden in that town
So he disposed of the people in it
And buried it in the ground
There was no survivors
Or so the story goes
But how many more secrets are hidden?
How many tragedies untold?
